A fully immersive 007-inspired estate. Where luxury, danger, sophistication, and storytelling collide.
AS SEEN ON
Zillow Gone Wild
SEASON FINALE
Every space inside Regal Royale was created to feel like stepping into a Bond film — where luxury, danger, sophistication, and storytelling collide.
Rather than simply decorating rooms, the project was approached as an emotional world-building exercise: a space designed to trigger curiosity, nostalgia, adrenaline, and escapism. Every material, texture, finish, and transition was intentionally selected to deepen immersion and create unforgettable experiences.
Featured as the season finale of Zillow Gone Wild, Regal Royale stands as one of Theme Queen's most ambitious experiential design projects to date — a cinematic environment built for those who have always wanted to live inside the story.

WHERE LEGACY BECOMES THE ROOM.
THEATRE & BOARDROOM
Born from the tailwinds of High Flight and the founding story of Rolls-Royce — a brand built on aero-engine mastery, not automobiles. The room's black-on-black palette traces directly to Eleanor Thornton, the woman who inspired the Spirit of Ecstasy, and to the quiet, absolute confidence of the Rolls-Royce legacy. Two real Rolls-Royces anchor the space: a Silver Wraith and a Silver Cloud II, both featured in Bond films. By day, a fully equipped cinematic theatre and corporate boardroom. By night, the most dramatic room in the estate. This is not a car room. This is a room about what those cars represent.

THE MISSION DEPARTS AT DAWN.
A red speedboat suspended over an illuminated water-resin floor, glowing blue in the dark. The boathouse opens to a waterfront view at dusk — pine trees, still water, open sky. A room built for the agent who never fully comes in from the cold.

WHERE LUXURY MEETS ITS MATCH.
The M Lounge is the social heart of the estate — a full marble-arch bar with gold arched detailing, the RR gold monogram, and velvet bar stools. Beyond the bar: a pool table, teal drapes, and a view over the grounds. The kind of room where deals are made and stories begin.

WHERE EVERY DETAIL IS A DECISION.
The open-plan heart of the estate. Walnut wood-slat walls meet a floor-to-ceiling marble fireplace feature. Velvet sofas, leather chairs, and a curated bookshelf anchor the room — with the pool and Florida sky visible through sliding glass doors. The Grand Salon is where the world of Regal Royale begins.

CRAFTED FOR THE ART OF GATHERING.
A chef's kitchen with white cabinetry, marble island, and pendant lighting opens directly to the dining table — set for twelve, with gold centrepieces and navy linens. The peacock portrait watches over the kitchen from its dark-walled alcove. A gold sculptural faucet sits at the island like a piece of art.

THE WORLD OUTSIDE IS PART OF THE STORY.
An outdoor kitchen and bar open to the pool and spa, framed by tropical palms and orchids. The terrace is the transition between the cinematic interior world and the open sky — where the mission pauses and the evening begins.

WHERE THE MISSION TAKES A BREAK.
A full entertainment suite anchored by a sculpted billiards table and a round card table for four. Panelled walls, teal drapes, and a wet bar with wine storage create the feel of a private members' club. The Game Room is where the estate's guests gather between adventures — unhurried, unguarded, and fully at ease.

EVERY GREAT STORY DESERVES A GREAT ROOM.
A private screening lounge built around the Regal Royale brand. The RR monogram glows in backlit gold against a floral mural — framed like a painting above tufted black leather booth seating. Dark walls, industrial pendant lighting, and intimate scale make this the estate's most cinematic room. The room where the story is remembered.

DARKNESS, LUXURY, AND ABSOLUTE STILLNESS.
A master suite built for those who command the room. Black marble headboard wall, a crystal chandelier, gold wall sconces, and floor-to-ceiling drapes. The suite is a study in controlled darkness — every surface chosen to absorb light and hold attention. The kind of room that makes you feel powerful before you even open your eyes.

PASSION AND DRAMA, DISTILLED INTO A ROOM.
A bedroom wrapped in deep burgundy floral wallpaper — rich, textured, and unapologetically bold. A Moroccan-style pendant lantern casts warm amber light over the silver-framed bed and Persian rug. The Crimson Suite is the estate’s most intimate space: a room that feels like a secret.

WARMTH, TEXTURE, AND QUIET POWER.
A bedroom built around contrast: a deep crimson padded headboard wall flanked by herringbone wood-tile panels and gold trim. Burnt-orange velvet bedding, a crystal ring chandelier, and warm brass lighting create a room that feels both bold and intimate. The Amber Suite is the estate’s most tactile space.

THE CITY NEVER SLEEPS — NEITHER DO THE STORIES.
A fully immersive urban adventure room. Floor-to-ceiling murals of a golden-lit city skyline, a zeppelin drifting overhead, and a brick-column corridor leading to bunk beds styled as a Baker Street townhouse. The Baker Street room is where young agents-in-training begin their missions.

WHERE IMAGINATION HAS NO CEILING.
A hand-sculpted fairy-tale world: stone-arch bunk alcoves, a cobblestone floor, butterfly-wing furniture, and a ceiling mural of wisteria and open sky. The Fairy Garden glows green at night — a secret kingdom tucked inside the estate, built for those who believe in magic.

EVERY STORY NEEDS A WORLD TO ESCAPE INTO.
A fully immersive fantasy kingdom built for the youngest guests. Floor-to-ceiling murals of dragon-guarded cliffs and starlit skies. Castle-arch bunk structures in hand-carved wood. A grass floor, stone path, treasure chest, and rope-hung lanterns. The Dragon's Keep is proof that world-building has no age limit.
Regal Royale was selected as the season finale feature of Zillow Gone Wild — the show's most-watched episode of the season. The estate's cinematic world-building, immersive storytelling, and unapologetic luxury captured exactly what the show celebrates: properties that refuse to be ordinary.
