Hogwarts is not simply a school. It is a place where you go to become. Where mastery is not given — it is earned through discipline, humility, and the willingness to be a student before you are ever a master. That is what this house is about. And that is what this project was about.
Some projects ask you to lead. This one asked something rarer: to take the back seat. To lend support without envy, without comparison — with the singular intention of helping someone else find their confidence in their own vision. To serve without ego. To execute without override.
The homeowner knew the world she wanted to build. She had the vision. She needed someone who could hold the structure while she found her way into it. Theme Queen Design became that structure — and in doing so, discovered something Hogwarts has always taught: when we give ourselves fully to someone else's becoming, we become more ourselves.
The result is a fully immersive wizarding world — Platform 9¾ in the hallway, the Hogwarts Express as a bedroom, the Hog's Head Inn as a bar, Butterbeer on tap, a Potions room stocked with specimens, and a portrait gallery where the subjects feel like they might just move.

The centrepiece of Muggle Manor is a custom-built Hogwarts Express bedroom — a full-scale recreation of the iconic scarlet steam engine, complete with the number 5972, the Hogwarts crest, integrated bunk beds, and yellow and maroon bedding. The entrance hallway is Platform 9¾. You don't walk into a bedroom. You board a train.

Flourish & Blotts.
The Potions Room.
The Flourish & Blotts display case marks the entrance to one of the most detailed spaces in the manor — a Potions classroom stocked with real apothecary specimens. Glass jars of leeches. Preserved insects. Vibrant liquid-filled bottles. Every ingredient labeled with the care of a prop master.
These are not decorations. They are props. The distinction matters — because the homeowner understood that immersion lives in the details that no one told you to look for.

Deep within the manor lies The Hog's Head Inn — a dimly lit tavern wrapped in aged stone, weathered timber beams, and old-world magic. At its center, a handcrafted barrel bar anchors the room beneath the watchful gaze of a mounted boar's head, as though the inn itself has stood for centuries gathering stories, secrets, and wandering travelers. Behind the counter, a glowing red BUTTERBEER barrel pours from a working tap, while the iconic Hog's Head sign marks the entrance like a hidden passage into another world. Rugged, mysterious, and richly atmospheric, it feels exactly like the kind of place where Aberforth Dumbledore himself might still be lingering in the shadows.
